The Services are operated by BIZMAAR (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Bizmaar", "we", "us"). Our corporate site is www.bizmaar.com. PSX Watcher is our platform for Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) market data, charts, tools, and related information.

PSX Watcher may include, without limitation: market exploration (e.g. companies, sectors, indices, ETFs, commodities, currencies, crypto, economic data); announcements (e.g. results, dividends, corporate actions); tools such as charts, watchlists, portfolio and finance tracking, and calculators; optional paid subscriptions; voluntary donations; help content; and progressive web app (PWA) installation. Features may change over time. Some features require registration or a paid plan as described in the product.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree that registration information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at psxwatcher@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or circumvent security or access controls.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to extract data at a scale or manner not expressly permitted, or to overload our systems.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our software or content except as allowed by law or with our written consent.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or misuse another user's account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose risk to the Services or other users.

The Services, including branding, design, software, text, graphics, and compilation of data, are owned by Bizmaar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services as offered, no rights are granted to you.

PSX Watcher provides information and tools for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product. You are solely responsible for your investment and financial decisions.

Market data and derived metrics may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Services may rely on third-party sources and technology. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. See also the short disclaimer in our site footer.

Paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, and features are presented on the subscription areas of the Services. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees. Fees may change with reasonable notice as described at checkout or on the subscription page.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to payment transactions. We do not store full payment card details on our servers where card data is handled by those providers.

Refunds and cancellations: unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase, refund eligibility follows the policy shown at checkout or in your account settings for the plan you selected. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access pending resolution.

Voluntary donations may be available to support development of PSX Watcher. Donations are not equity investments and do not confer ownership or guaranteed features unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific campaign.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information. Contact us for data requests as described in that policy or below.

We may send service-related notices (e.g. security, billing, legal) by email or in-product messages. With your consent where required, we may send product updates or promotional messages; you can opt out of marketing where applicable without affecting essential notices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizmaar and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or investment losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months before the claim or (b) where you have not paid, PKR 5,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to defend and indemnify Bizmaar and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content or conduct, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access with or without notice where permitted by law, including for breach of these Terms or operational or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local consumer laws.
